Local Family Business
The Evans’ are a local family who set up the business after acquiring the first property, Haulfre Gardens Cottage, in 2007. It was first identified during the summer of 1995 and has been a successful holiday letting ever since. The Buoys Beachside Residence was added to the portfolio in 2011 after 2 years searching for a comparable property.
Your Host Lee Evans Welcomes You to North Wales
Your host Lee splits his time between Llandudno and London, spending the working week in the heart of central London and then escaping to the coast each weekend. His Mum Barbara is still based locally, and between them they have a passion for the town and surrounding area.
Live Like a Local
Lee and his Mum welcome all guests to the properties ensuring a smooth check-in and handover. Lee strongly believes his guests should be able to experience the area as a ‘local’ to get the very best out of their holiday. Guests are welcome to tap into their fantastic knowledge at this meet and greet or at any time during the stay.
